Shrink Tubing

PVC Shrink Tubing comes in various thicknesses from 100 gauge (1 mil) up to 800 gauge (8 mil).

Crystal-Vision Packaging Systems stocks a large variety of shrink tubing in 100 gauge (1 mil) thickness (4” wide up to 28” wide) in 1,500 ft. long rolls on a 3” ID Core. This is seamless tubing!

We can custom produce PVC shrink tubing in various colors and shrink options. Our standard 2 Mil tubing shrinks 50% in width and 8% in length, while the 1 Mil tubing shrinks 40% in width and 30% in length.

Crystal-Vision Packaging Systems can also produce PETG and OPS shrink tubing in seamed sizes from 40mm wide to 400mm wide. This seamed shrink tubing has higher shrink ratios from 50%-2% to 80%-1% (width vs. length).
